Which one do you need?

If you are preparing for interviews you will personally sit, you want a personal plan. If you are responsible for other people being ready — a cohort of students, a bench of contractors, a team you are about to put in front of clients — you want an organization account, because the buying, the reporting and the caps all work per group rather than per person.

If you are buying for a group

Organization packs are one-off purchases, not subscriptions: 10 sessions for $89, 25 for $199, 40 for $299 or 100 for $649, held in a pool everyone you invite draws from. Training providers running a fixed intake can instead buy per student — the Career Readiness Programme is $39 per student and gives each of them five sessions and five CV credits. You set per-person caps so no one can quietly drain the pool, and invoices are issued automatically. See the full organization pricing.

Questions people ask first

Do people in an organization need their own plan?: No. The organization pays, and members draw from its shared pool. Once you accept an invite you go straight into the interview room — there is no personal subscription to buy on top.
Can I start on my own and move to an organization later?: Yes, and the reverse too. These are two ways of paying for the same interview room, not two different products, so nothing you have practised is lost when the billing changes.
What is one session?: A full 20-minute mock interview with an AI interviewer that waits while you think rather than talking over you, across 10 role-family tracks and 7 company-style packs. You get a written feedback report afterwards, and if your connection drops mid-interview you can resume where you left off.
Is my interview audio kept?: No. Interview audio is never stored — your answers are worked from as you speak, and the recording itself is not retained. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is kept and how to delete it.
